
Expanded Premium Module
The Expanded Premium Module provides individualized and unlimited premium coding as well as complete inventory control and tracking. It also stores vital information, enhancing your ability to provide responsive customer service.
- Items are coded separately from premiums for accurate inventory counts. Item Codes are then attached to premiums.
- When premiums are run during the weekly or monthly processing function, all pledges slated to receive premiums are identified.
- Detailed premium labels are generated for premiums currently in stock and available for shipping.
- More than one label is printed if the premium requires more than one box for shipping.
- Donors are automatically notified if a premium for which they are waiting is out of stock.
- As premiums are sent out, inventory adjustments are automatically made for all items in the premium. For example, if a cookbook is offered under more than one Premium Code, changes in inventory counts for the cookbook will be made using data from each Premium Code.
- When an item inventory falls to a designated count a Minimum Stock Indicator prevents premium labels from being generated until additional stock is inventoried.
- An image and detailed description of the item can be stored for automatic display on your Web pages, using the Web Membership Module, or for historical record.
- Adjustments, orders, shipments and sales can be entered manually via the Edit Options in the Item Inventory window.
- Audit trails are provided for all item inventory transactions.
- Premium files can be downloaded and emailed to premium fulfillment vendors.
- A Premium Record can be located by various searches including searching by one word in the description.
- The Premium Record contains the premium code, description, qualifying pledge amount, and other details necessary for tracking and generating reports and receipts.
- More than one item (T-shirt, coffee mug, etc.) can be bundled into one premium in the Premium Record eliminating multiple codes on pledges.
- Customized Premiums can be created with just a few clicks. An "X" Premium feature opens a pop-up window allowing you to select as many items as needed to fill the donor's request.
- The premium code is attached to the donor's pledge containing descriptive information such as the qualifying pledge amount, the minimum payment amount needed to obtain the premium, and the date the premium is no longer offered.
- A complete history of all premium items each donor has received is stored in their record, which has an easily accessed on-screen display.
- The Expanded Premium Module enhances the tax receipt generated by the Fundraising System. It shows the market value of premiums received and net tax deductible contribution.
