Account Records

People Records

    Each of the person’s accounts is summarized and accessible on the Person Search screen

  • Search by account by:

  • A pull-down list of people associated with each account is displayed with a one line summary of their contact information.

    Each account can be expanded on the search screen to display a summary of each pledge.

    Hovering over a pledge displays its details.

    Double clicking a pledge summary on the search screen opens the account record with that pledge record open for editing.

  • A Detailed Search option allows wild cards and search by any combination of:
    • affiliation/account number
    • first name
    • last name
    • company name
    • street address
    • city
    • phone
  • Search last 10 accounts viewed.
  • Search by last 10 personal records viewed.

Merging Duplicates

  • Duplicate individual and account records can be merged with a simple drag and drop, combining all historical data in chronological order with no loss of information.
  • Merged account numbers are cross-referenced with the new account number.
