Kids Club Module

All the tools necessary to maintain and manage your Children's Club.

Saves Time

• Simultaneously renews the child's membership when the parent or guardian renews their annual membership.
• Automatically changes the membership status of the children if their parent or guardian does not renew their annual membership or give at the qualifying level.
• User-defined parameters ("beginning" age, "ending" age, and parents giving level) for club membership criteria. The system will automatically discontinue Kids Club membership when the child reaches the "ending" age.

Retains Valuable Information

• Stores information about the children in the parent or guardian account. Therefore, all features available in the Fundraising System are available for this module.
• Allows searches in the Fundraising System database by the child's name.
• Accepts an alternate last name and address for children if different than the parent or guardian.
• Kids Club records are coded to indicate their relationship to the donor/prospect.

Automates Administration of Club Benefits

• Segments on any of the fields available in the Fundraising System as well as the child's date of birth, year of birth, age, or entry date into the system. User also has the ability to segment by the number of children per donor/member.
• Prints labels for thank you or special gifts sent to children when the parent or guardian renews their annual membership.
• All information in the Kid Record, including email address, is available for downloading and mail/email merging.
• Generates labels for birthday cards.
• Allows contact to the children or the parent/guardian.
• Stores name pronunciation to aid on-air production.
• A Functions tab accesses automated functions for sending:
  • gifts to Kids Club members when their parents renew
  • birthday cards
  • mail or email to Kids Club members
  • mail or email to their parent
