Rich started at Allegiance in September 2005. He is a native of California and moved to Minnesota at age 15. Rich attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and has written several business applications. His main tasks are to keep our software documentation up-to-date, as well as testing the software and providing technical support to our customers and fellow employees. He has extensive experience in software testing and documentation, and before joining Allegiance, he worked as a computer technician. Rich enjoys jazz and blues music and spends most of his spare time collecting concert recordings. He and his wife Debby have a teenage daughter, Lindsey, and two cats. Rich reads voraciously and also enjoys playing Frisbee and drinking triple-shot mochas.
